About the Role Irth Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Irth EDO team. In this role, you will lead multiple customer projects from initiation through implementation and closure, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope and customer expectations. You will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, coordinating resources, managing timelines and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused professional who is comfortable managing complex projects and navigating difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment. What You'll Do Lead and manage complex projects and programs to support successful customer implementation, deployment, and adoption of Irth 's platform. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and success metrics. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop and execute mitigation and resolution plans. Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, changes, and progress clearly and consistently to customers and internal stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison between Irth customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and project execution. Manage customer expectations and relationships throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
