Take projects from initiation through execution to closure — cloud platforms, platform automation, middleware and the IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services built on top — and be accountable for the result, not just the plan. Lead technical delivery teams and go deep with them. Instruct and steer engineering teams from analysis and architecture through development to live service, deep-diving into the technology yourself and driving consensus where opinions differ. Run sound project governance. Set up and manage financials, resources, scope, quality and timeline; identify risks and issues early, remove blockers for the team, and secure buy-in from senior stakeholders, peers and engineers. Manage client and sales expectations. Be the credible voice towards clients and internal sales throughout the implementation — clear status, honest timelines, and a polished business and technical pitch up to C-suite and Board level.
