Join iLabs Job Responsibilities Drive end-to-end QA strategy ensuring high-quality, scalable releases with minimal defects and faster time-to-market across complex web and platform systems. Own test architecture using QA automation tool (preferred in Playwright); design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks and execute comprehensive manual test strategies. Leverage AI tools like Claude and Copilot to generate test cases, optimize scripts, and accelerate QA productivity and coverage. Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality early and enable continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines. Lead, mentor, and upskill junior QA engineers; enforce best practices, code quality standards, and high-performance
