Senior QA Engineer

The Position: We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our products as we continue to scale globally. As a QA Engineer, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to validate new features, identify defects before they reach customers, and help drive a culture of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our platform delivers an exceptional experience for customers around the world. This role is hybrid, with three days per week based in our Taipei office. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for new and existing features Perform manual, exploratory, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across web applications and APIs Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases Partner with engineers to improve test coverage and quality throughout the development lifecycle Assist in building, maintaining, and
