Purpose of Position CASETiFY is seeking a Senior Quality Engineering Manager, Quality Assurance , to join our global Product Development team. Reporting to the Head of Product Development, you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for our product categories by leading a cross-functional quality assurance team, defining and owning reliability testing metrics, and ensuring competitive structural integrity across our tech accessories. You will oversee daily quality operations from concept to mass production and market delivery. You will operate at the intersection of technical feasibility, manufacturing capabilities, design intent, material science, and business objectives. Your key responsibilities include expertise in consumer tech accessory standards (e.g., drop protection, material durability), global quality planning, and deep product testing expertise. Furthermore, you will oversee the execution of quality milestone meetings, management of defect rates, supplier compliance, and, ultimately, product durability performance across your respective product line. Job Description Quality Strategy and Planning: Defining the global quality compliance roadmap and testing standards for the assigned product line. Conducting reliability and material research (e.g., drop testing, scratch resistance, UV yellowing) to understand opportunities to develop their product line's durability and overall business. Utilizing provided manufacturing forecasts to define QA/QC resource projections by channel/region/season in the achievement of overall business objectives Provide quality architecture and testing briefs to product designers & developers. Testing and Supplier Quality Management: Optimizing the product testing protocols and ensuring an appropriate balance of core, seasonal, and innovation material testing.
