Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: Senior Quality Engineering / Test Automation Engineer A Quality Engineering professional with strong software engineering, test automation, API testing, Azure, and CI/CD expertise , capable of building scalable automation frameworks and validating complex enterprise and AI-powered applications. Core Must-Haves for Screening 7+ years QA/QE | 5+ years Automation | Playwright/Selenium/Cypress/Puppeteer | Programming | API Testing | Azure | CI/CD | Enterprise Applications Key Responsibilities Define testing strategies, quality standards, and automation frameworks across engineering teams. Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and suites. Implement automated functional, UI, API, integration, regression, performance, and security testing . Drive shift-left testing and quality practices throughout the SDLC. Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios; ensure requirements are testable and traceable. Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and drive resolution. Test complex enterprise applications, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and microservices. Validate reliability, scalability, resiliency, security, performance, and production readiness of Azure applications. Develop testing and evaluation strategies for Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, chatbots, RAG, and intelligent search . Mentor QA engineers and developers on automation and quality engineering best practices. Required Qualifications Experience — Must Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 7+ years of software QA / Quality Engineering experience. 5+ years of hands-on test automation experience. Experience testing enterprise-scale applications in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience working directly with development teams throughout the SDLC. Technical Skills —
