Senior React/Next.js Engineer

About You You are a Senior Frontend Engineer passionate about building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications that power exceptional digital customer experiences. You embrace continuous learning and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience, including 4+ years building and maintaining production applications using React. Strong experience developing scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience delivering customer-facing web applications within e-commerce, retail, or high-traffic digital environments. Solid understanding of component-based architecture, design systems, state management, and reusable UI components. Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and modern frontend architecture. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
