As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Mid-Level to Senior Recruiter who can take ownership of roles, deliver consistently high-quality candidates, and contribute to improving how we recruit. This is not a “fill as many roles as possible” environment. This is a place for recruiters who care about craft, precision, and long-term impact. Location: Remote Type: Full-Time (Independent Contractor) Working Hours: Primarily aligned with Philippine working hours, with flexibility Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior (7+ years) Primary Focus: Digital, Creative, and Marketing Roles (with flexibility across other verticals) Compensation: Base Pay (depending on experience) + placement-based incentives Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Own roles from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate-client alignment Candidate Assessment & Matchmaking: Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Contribute to sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines ATS & Data Management: Maintain accurate and structured candidate data within the ATS Market Insights & Talent Intelligence: Share insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes Operational & Administrative Support: Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes and documentation What We’re Looking For 7+ years in recruitment Experience with remote and international hiring Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environm
