Requirements: 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within technology companies or product/service IT environments Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback preparation, offer management, and candidate communication Advanced sourcing skills, including the ability to build sourcing strategies, use multiple channels, and develop diverse candidate pipelines Solid experience conducting competency-based interviews, assessing candidate fit, and providing clear, structured feedback to stakeholders Practical experience using AI tools and creating effective prompts to support recruitment, sourcing, communication, and process optimization Experience with paid sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing platforms, or similar tools will be an advantage Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate recruitment insights clearly to internal stakeholders Responsibilities: Being responsible for full recruitment processes Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates Generating and maintaining candidates' pipeline; candidates data processing Developing and updating market knowledge in our service areas of focus Working with Ukrainian and foreign IT labor markets Team: HRD, 2 recruiters Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week), flexible schedule.
