Operating within our Business Partner Model, you’ll act as a strategic talent acquisition advisor to HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and senior and executive leaders — leading searches across multiple departments, position levels, and geographic locations. You’ll bring deep full-cycle recruiting expertise and sound judgment to every stage of the process and be trusted to operate with a high degree of independence. You’ll care deeply about delivering a best-in-class experience for every candidate and hiring manager, bring grit to our most challenging and highest-stakes searches, try new approaches that improve how we hire, and consistently make excellent things happen for the business and the teams you support. What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing Own full-cycle recruiting. Lead the end-to-end North America recruiting process for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates at all levels. Shape the search strategy. Lead search strategy and kickoff meetings with hiring managers and HR partners to align on job requirements, qualifications, and the ideal candidate profile, while bringing a point of view on market conditions and hiring approach. Partner with senior leaders. Work directly with senior leaders on searches, presenting market insights, candidate slates, and hiring recommendations with credibility and polish. Raise the bar across the recruiting team. Mentor and coach other recruiters, sharing best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management. Be a strategic talent advisor.
