The Opportunity As a Senior Sales Executive , you will play a key role in expanding Gradera's presence within enterprise organizations. This position is ideal for a proven sales professional who brings deep executive relationships, a track record of enterprise sales success, and the ability to influence transformational business initiatives. You'll engage directly with decision makers including executives (CIO. CTO, etc), and senior business leaders to help them navigate AI adoption and enterprise transformation strategies. Supported by Gradera's founders, architects, AI specialists, and delivery leaders, you'll focus on what you do best: Building executive relationships, creating opportunities, and driving revenue growth. What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans Generate net-new business opportunities within enterprise organizations Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business outcomes and transformation initiatives Partner with Gradera leadership
