Job Details: ​​​​​ ​​​​​​ Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Sales & Solutions Leader who operates at the intersection of Manufacturing domain, enterprise AI, and strategic, multi-million-dollar sales and account growth. You will own a portfolio of strategic manufacturing accounts, embed with client stakeholders, and convert AI opportunity roadmaps into scaled, referenceable programs. This is a quota-carrying, high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Own GTM & Revenue for AI – Manufacturing Accounts Own revenue and pipeline targets for a set of strategic Manufacturing clients in North America. Build and execute account plans with whitespace mapping, stakeholder maps, and multi-year AI roadmaps tied to underwriting, claims, distribution, servicing, and risk & compliance outcomes. Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and discovery through solutioning, commercial negotiation, closure, and expansion. 2. Solution & AI Advisory Leadership Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CDOs, CUOs, Chief Claims Officers, and Distribution leaders.
