The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to PT (Pacific Timezone) or ET (Eastern Timezone). Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees. THE ROLE: The Senior Engineer is a high-autonomy role senior Salesforce voice on the engagement. You take architectural direction and turn it into shipped, production-grade Salesforce metadata — objects, Record Types, Flows, Apex, LWC, permission model, and managed-package configuration (DocuSign eSignature). You also hold the technical relationship with the integration microservices and cloud platform that read from and write to the org: you don't build those daily, but you define the contracts, guard the data model, and make sure a schema or automation change never blindsides them. Here is the truth: this is a Salesforce Platform (Core/CRM) role. We're looking for a builder who lives in the Salesforce org — declarative and programmatic.
