Role Overview The Early Career Leadership Program at Legend Biotech is a strategic, enterprise-focused development experience designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential professionals early in their careers. The R&D Hi-Po Leadership Development Program is a project-based, enterprise leadership accelerator designed for high-potential PhD graduates who aspire to shape the future of cell and gene therapy.
