See Yourself at Telix Physical Sciences R&D is seeking a Senior Scientist with deep expertise in organic, analytical, and radiochemistry to play a critical role in the design, development, and advancement of radiopharmaceutical programs across the Telix pipeline. In this role, the Senior Scientist will independently lead complex experimental workstreams, contribute to program‑level scientific strategy, and solve technically ambiguous problems spanning discovery through GMP‑adjacent development. The position requires regular handling of radioactive materials and work within both R&D and GMP environments. The ideal candidate is a recognized technical expert who operates with minimal supervision, mentors junior scientists, and is motivated to make high‑impact contributions to the next generation of radiopharmaceutical therapeutics. Key Accountabilities: Scientific Leadership & Ownership Serve as a technical lead for assigned projects or workstreams, driving experimental strategy, execution, and interpretation with limited oversight.
