You'll work closely with our developers, writers, and account managers to improve organic visibility, strengthen authority, and build a predictable pipeline of qualified traffic for our clients</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, technically strong, proactive, and passionate about staying ahead of the dynamic AI search landscape.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and own SEO strategy across multiple client accounts.</p> </li> <li> <p>Run comprehensive technical audits to identify crawlability, indexing, and site architecture gaps.</p> </li> <li> <p>Implement structured data, manage sitemaps and redirects, and troubleshoot rendering, canonicalisation, and crawl budget problems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Research keywords by intent and funnel stage, and work with the content team to close competitor and content gaps.</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate findings into actionable recommendations, roadmaps, content calendars, and sprint priorities for each client.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build authority through targeted link-building through outreach, guest posts, and partnerships.</p> </li> <li> <p>Optimise on-page SEO including metadata, internal linking, headings, and content structure.</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyse and optimise performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and similar tools, and manage reporting dashboards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform log file analysis where required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with developers to ensure technical recommendations are implemented correctly.</p> </li> <li> <p>Mentor junior SEO team members and
