About the Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Service Designer to join TaDa Delivery and lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives that improve the end-to-end customer experience. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Growth, CX, and Business teams to identify opportunities, drive research, and shape service experiences that deliver meaningful business impact. What You'll Do Lead cross-functional Service Design initiatives across multiple product areas. Map end-to-end customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement. Plan and conduct qualitative research, translating insights into strategic recommendations. Facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, and stakeholder alignment. Create and maintain Service Design artifacts, such as Service Blueprints, Journey Maps, and Ecosystem Maps. Partner with Product Designers to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience. I
