Senior Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative, highly organized Senior Social Media Manager to join a fast-moving video production company. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role for someone who truly lives and breathes social media, knows how to build content that performs, and can confidently turn brand goals into clear, effective social strategy. Working closely with the founder and the wider creative team, this role helps shape client campaigns, develop content ideas, and own the social approach from high-level planning down to execution. The focus is on a candidate who is both strategic and practical—someone who can architect big-picture distribution plans, lead client-facing strategy conversations, and seamlessly roll up their sleeves to edit high-quality social films and reels. Conceptualize native social content ideas, thumb-stopping hooks, and platform-specific campaign plans that are both creatively distinct and commercially effective. Join client calls and confidently present social strategies, explaining the data and psychological reasoning behind creative choices clearly. Edit social films, reels, and short-form video assets to a polished, high standard, ensuring pacing and visual style fit social-first consumption behaviors.
