Senior Software Engineer (AI / Healthcare Technology)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a rapidly growing AI healthcare technology startup building an intelligent platform that helps healthcare organizations improve clinical documentation quality and compliance through AI-powered automation. Working closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll own major technical initiatives and help shape the future of the platform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems and backend services. Build AI-powered solutions that process and analyze large volumes of clinical documentation. Improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of core platform infrastructure. Lead technical initiatives and contribute to system architecture and engineering best practices. Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Mentor junior engineers and help foster a high-ownership engineering culture.
