Senior Software Engineer

Listed as a remote role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Your mission Design, build, and maintain the backend architecture of deeploi’s platform — with a focus on scalability, reliability, and clean code. Own features end-to-end: from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance. Work closely with frontend and DevOps teams, contribute to code reviews, and help set engineering standards. Optimise performance of data-heavy systems and ensure infrastructure scales with our customers’ needs. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical hiring. Your profile 5+ years of experience in backend or software engineering. Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js. Solid experience with PostgreSQL and complex data structures. Track record of building data-heavy applications and scalable infrastructure. Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments. You care about quality, security, and user experience — and it shows in your code. Comfortable owning large parts of the product roadmap — independently and within a team. Fluent in English; German is a plus. Nice to have: Experience with MDM systems or enterprise device management. Familiarity with data analysis or analytics tooling.
