Team Description: Our team builds and maintains the core products that power Global Sales Compensation, ensuring accurate, scalable, and compliant compensation processing. We also own and operate all Finance integrations, delivering reliable, real-time data flows across 50+ systems. In parallel, we are developing an AI platform to rapidly onboard Finance AI use cases and enable intelligent agents that improve automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. Responsibilities: Lead design and development of new features for Finance Applications Work across the full stack — backend, frontend, APIs, data flows Architect and build AI agents for Finance use cases Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability Guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership Work closely with PMs, Finance partners, and cross-functional teams Ensure data accuracy and support critical compensation cycles Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation Basic Qualification: BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of p
