To learn more, visit Crunchtime.com . About the role As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer on the Crunchtime Suite team, you will be a key contributor to the evolution of our enterprise platform. We are seeking an empathetic systems thinker to collaborate with a talented team on researching and developing new features, products, and scalable service architectures. This role focuses on building high-impact, customer-facing functionality that serves as the core of our user experience. As this is an R&D environment, our technology stack is intentionally flexible; however, our current technical direction leans towards Java and relational databases, with an eye toward event-driven architecture using streaming integrations like Kafka. What you’ll d o as a Senior Software Engineer I Improve tooling and software that comprises the Crunchtime Suite, including potential Web UI, APIs, and other forms of integration between services. Contribute to and influence design and development decisions across the Suite. Work within a self-managing system using Sociocracy to drive continuous flow and value delivery. Engage tight feedback loops with stakeholders to evolve our processes and optimize customer value. Maximize throughput and minimize risk by using Pair Programming, TDD, CI/CD, and other DevOps best practices.
