We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer I (Full Stack) to join our Feedback Systems team. This team is responsible for building the scalable backend infrastructure and the critical user interfaces that test, evaluate, and visualize the behavior of AI agents safely and reliably. In this role, you will work across the stack — designing high-throughput backend systems that orchestrate complex execution workflows and interface with isolated execution environments, while also building the data-rich, interactive dashboards and forms developers use to configure evaluation parameters, monitor long-running asynchronous workflows, and analyze side-by-side evaluation trajectories. You will solve problems at the intersection of distributed systems, asynchronous data flows, and developer-facing UI/UX for a platform that tests inherently non-deterministic AI agents. What You’ll Do: Designing, building, and maintaining robust backend services and highly concurrent asynchronous workflows, primarily in Python and Go. Building highly interactive, data-dense frontend interfaces (React, TypeScript) for configuring complex multi-turn agent interactions and viewing detailed evaluation reports.
