Senior Software Engineer, US Bank Accounts Team We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the nascent US Bank Accounts team, building products that enable businesses to open, manage, and move money directly within our ecosystem. You’ll help evolve and scale existing capabilities to enable significant growth, refine and deepen customer experiences, and build new products that expand our offering. As an early member of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape technical design, architecture, and roadmap decisions; own projects from beginning to end; and help define the team’s culture and identity. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and key stakeholders to turn complex banking needs into reliable, scalable customer experiences. This Chicago-based role is part of the broader Financial Services product organization, which owns the full suite of financial products we offer to our customers. What you’ll do: Work on complex technical projects from requirements analysis through design, implementation, testing and launch into production. Bring your own point of view on best engineering practices. Be hands-on and contribute to the implementation. Identify and improve parts of the platform to make it more robust and scalable.
