Instead of judging people through CVs, applications and interviews alone, we help talent prove what they can do through real work . Our first pilot attracted 1,300+ applicants for 36 places . Now we need to turn the existing B2C prototype into a scalable, white-label B2B2C platform for employers, municipalities, universities and workforce partners. Explore the current pilot product: www.app.stroopdigital.com The mission You will help us: Rebuild the current prototype as a secure, scalable live product. Create multi-tenant and white-label client environments. Give hiring managers a simple self-service experience. Introduce AI pathway creation, coaching, feedback and reporting. Build healthy gamification that makes progress motivating and visible. Prepare the platform for corporate requirements, integrations, SSO and APIs. Who we need A product-minded full-stack engineer who can move from vision to working software. You may be a: Founding Engineer Technical Co-Founder AI-Native Product Developer Senior Full-Stack Engineer Entrepreneurial CTO You should be comfortable building SaaS products, working with AI and agentic tooling, making architectural decisions and creating excellent experiences for both talent and non-technical hiring managers. We need someone who thinks beyond tickets, challenges assumptions and wants genuine ownership.
