JOB INTRODUCTION: Leads the development of complex software features and contributes to architectural decisions across Tekion’s platforms. Mentors junior engineers, promotes engineering best practices, and drives technical excellence in both design and implementation. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Designs and builds scalable, high-performance systems and services to support business growth and technical evolution. - Leads feature development from concept to deployment, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability. - Collaborates with architects and senior engineers to influence system design and technical strategy. - Mentors junior engineers and fosters a culture of continuous learning and code quality. - Conducts code reviews, sets engineering standards, and drives adoption of best practices across the team. - Identifies bottlenecks and proactively resolves technical challenges in production and development environments.
