As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and verification of software components across a wide range of applications, from driver control and algorithm development to UI and human-machine interfaces. You’ll explore innovative solution approaches, ensure code quality and maintainability, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. By sharing your expertise and mentoring junior engineers, you’ll help drive technical excellence and elevate our software standards. Your responsibilities Design, implement, and verify new subsystems, modules, and components Write efficient and maintainable code (C++, C, Python) for various features such as driver control software, human-machine interfaces, algorithm implementation, and/or UI application development Explore different solution approaches to achieve the best results Share your expertise to elevate the team, quality, and processes Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international, multidisciplinary, and agile environment Review code and mentor (junior) engineers
