The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role will be based in Mountain View, CA. As a Senior Software Engineering Manager of the Infrastructure Reliability team at LinkedIn, you will play a crucial role leading the development of horizontal reliability platforms and solutions to improve reliability of Infra services at LinkedIn. You will be responsible for driving improvements in key Reliability metrics like TTD, TTM, and TTR. In this role, you will lead a team that designs and implements solutions that enable LinkedIn to scale its LinkedIn’s infrastructure to meet the demands of a rapidly growing user base. You will also need to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
