Senior Software Project Manager (m/w/d)

Our system solutions for the rail industry include the ANNAX Passenger Information System, which integrates numerous subsystems such as seat reservation, passenger counting, video surveillance, information for visually and hearing-impaired passengers, infotainment/entertainment systems, and more. Who will you be working with? You will be part of the Information Solutions product line within Wabtec, focusing on passenger information systems for long and short-distance trains, trams, and metro systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software development, QA, testing, and other key stakeholders. In this role, you will also interact with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction. How will you make a difference? As a member of the Embedded Software Engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of software projects for Wabtec’s Passenger Information Systems. You will ensure that projects are delivered in line with customer requirements, business goals, technical standards, and agreed timelines and budgets. You will lead and motivate development teams, coordinate stakeholders, and drive efficient project execution. Additionally, you will manage risks, oversee scope and change management, and support continuous improvement of development and project management processes. What do we want to know about you?
