This is a unique opportunity to define the solutions engineering function from the ground up—partnering directly with the founders, sales leadership, and customers. You will play a pivotal role in customer success from pre-sales through proof-of-value, helping enterprises understand how Ciroos can transform their reliability engineering practices. You will work with other Solutions Architects to establish best practices for technical discovery, solution design, demos, and PoVs—laying the foundation for a world-class solutions engineering team.
