Summary: The Senior Solutions Architect is Temporal's primary customer-facing technical leader within Singapore, focusing on the APJ region. In this crucial role, you’ll work directly with prospects and customers, guiding them in understanding the suitability of their applications for Temporal’s platform and showcasing the technical advantages of our cloud service. Your contribution is vital in positioning Temporal against alternative technologies, helping customer engineering teams expand production applications using Temporal, and owning the technical relationship with key decision-makers. Your role is integral to our success. What You’ll Do: - Collaborate with prospects to determine if their applications fit Temporal’s platform well. - Educate customers and prospects on the technical benefits and limitations of Temporal’s platform and cloud service. - Position Temporal as a leading solution against competing technologies and architectural patterns. - Foster an environment within customer engineering organizations to increase Temporal adoption and expansion in production environments. - Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute comprehensive account plans. - Manage and nurture relationships with technical decision-makers at customer organizations to ensure they fully leverage Temporal’s capabilities.
