Senior Specialist - Alliances The Senior Alliance Specialist – Microsoft plays a critical execution and influence role within 3Cloud ’s Microsoft alliance. This position owns complex partner program execution, funding optimization, and cosell operations, while acting as a senior subject matter expert and trusted partner to Sales, Alliances leadership, and Microsoft field teams. The Senior Specialist operates with a high degree of independence, supports strategic initiatives, and serves as an escalation and mentorship resource within the Alliance function. Responsibilities Partner Programs & Funding Ownership • Own the day-to-day management of Microsoft and channel partner incentives, partnering closely with 3Cloud Sales to accelerate customer journeys to Microsoft Azure. • Manage a seven-figure annual funding target, proactively aligning, attaching, and maximizing funding across active and future sales opportunities. • Serve as a senior subject matter expert on Microsoft partner programs, advising internal teams and external stakeholders on best practices and optimization strategies.
