The position This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Benefits Compliance Specialist , joining our Benefits team. As a Benefits Compliance Specialist, you will help establish Remote's benefits compliance function and ensure Remote’s benefits programs, operations, vendor processes, and product workflows remain compliant, scalable, and aligned with country-specific statutory and regulatory requirements. You will partner closely with Benefits Operations, Benefits Solutions, Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external advisors to define standards, identify compliance risks, strengthen controls, and support reliable benefits delivery across Remote’s global footprint.
