Job's mission Engineering changes are essential to keeping innovation moving. As a Senior Specialist I, Engineering Change Planning, you will play a key role in ensuring component transitions, supplier changes, and product improvements are implemented successfully across our global operations. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams, you will help balance business needs, mitigate risk, and ensure continuity as we deliver the technologies that power the next generation of semiconductor devices. What you will be working on Own the end-to-end component cut-in process, including component end-of-life (EOL), supplier change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead cross-functional engineering change and production risk review meetings. Analyze engineering change data and identify risks that could impact implementation timelines or lead to material shortages. Develop and drive mitigation plans with global stakeholders to ensure successful execution of engineering changes. Assess and recommend last-time buys (LTB) and risk buys to support design, qualification, and implementation activities. Evaluate the impact of build plan changes on engineering change implementation schedules and target cut-in dates. Drive the timely implementation of
