Senior Staff Engineer, ERP Workday HCM (Advanced Compensation Functional Consultant)

REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 8+ years Strong experience in Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and support. Hands-on expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation, Compensation, Core HCM, Organization Management, and Employee Lifecycle Management. Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules, business processes, and configuration best practices. Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions. Experience configuring and maintaining Workday HCM modules to support evolving business needs. Strong understanding of Workday security concepts, organizational structures, and configuration frameworks. Experience leading Workday enhancements, release management, testing, validation, and production support activities. Experience developing and maintaining technical and functional documentation, including technical specifications, configuration documents, test plans, process flows, and user guides. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday functional issues. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members. Experience working in Agile development
