Senior Staff Engineer, ERP Workday (HCM / Financial Technical Consultant)

REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience: 8+ years Strong experience in Workday Integration Development and Support. Hands-on expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Financials (Financials experience is mandatory). Strong experience in developing and supporting Workday Integrations, including:Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) – User Template Fill-In, Mass Uploads, and Outbound Integrations, Core Connectors, Benefit Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, Document Transformation Experience configuring and supporting Workday Business Processes. Hands-on experience in Workday Report Writer and BIRT Report Development. Strong understanding of Workday Security Framework and Security Profiles. Experience supporting and enhancing existing Workday functional configurations and integrations. Experience uploading and maintaining Workday content such as questionnaires, onboarding content, and related configurations. Good understanding of Workday Financials business processes. Additional functional knowledge of Compensation, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employee Management System (EMS), and Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex integration and production support issues. Experience working with ITSM processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
