Senior Staff Engineer, ERP Workday (HCM Functional Consultant)

REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 8+ years Strong experience in Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and support. Extensive functional expertise across Workday HCM modules, including: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Candidate Engagement and Talent and Performance Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes, security concepts, organizational structures, and configuration best practices. Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday HCM solutions. Experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules throughout the implementation and support lifecycle. Hands-on experience with Workday enhancements, releases, testing, production support, and continuous improvements. Experience developing and maintaining functional and technical documentation, including business requirements, configuration documents, technical specifications, test plans, process flows, and user guides. Ability to ensure Workday HCM solutions align with organizational objectives, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate technical and functional concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and business leaders. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities. Experience working in Agile development and project delivery environments. Workday HCM Certification is preferred. Experience supporting global HR processes and enterprise-scale Workday HCM environments is highly desirable. Availability to work during US/UK business hour overlap.
