Senior Staff Engineer (Senior Mendix Developer)

Requirements More than 8 years of overall software development experience with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development. Strong expertise in Mendix Studio, Mendix Studio Pro, and Mendix Runtime. Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using the Mendix low-code platform. Experience developing custom Mendix widgets, modules, and reusable components. Strong understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, design principles, and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with database design, data modeling, and data management concepts. Experience integrating Mendix applications with external systems using APIs, web services, and other integration mechanisms. Experience working on large-scale applications with a focus on performance optimization and scalability. Knowledge of implementing batch retrieval mechanisms and handling large data volumes efficiently. Experience improving application performance, data loading processes, and reporting functionalities. Exposure to Snowflake and data validation processes is preferred. Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and quality assurance practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. ​​​​​​​ Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and maintain business-critical applications using the Mendix low-code development platform. Collaborate with business stakeholders
