Are you ready to join us? __________________ Senior/Staff Product Manager, US Growth About the Role Back Market's mission is to make refurbished tech the obvious choice — and the US is one of our most strategic bets to prove it at scale. As a Senior / Staff Product Manager for US Growth, you will own the product strategy for the American market. You are the thought leader and strategic authority on how the Back Market wins in the US: you define what matters, why it matters, and make it happen with the team. You'll drive transformational, multi-domain initiatives (customer, seller, after sales, data etc) that require both deep US market expertise and the ability to navigate a globally-distributed product organization. You will be Back Market's strongest advocate for the US consumer and sellers — influencing product direction across the company and building frameworks that help every team make better decisions for the American market. You will report to the Head of Product (based in Europe), with a dotted line to the US Director of Marketing for local mentoring and business alignment. The role is based in our New York office, where you’ll be embedded in the local business team while partnering with product, engineering, and data colleagues across EU, UK, and APAC on a daily basis.
