As a Sr. Staff Software Engineer, you will be a key technical leader and role model within the team. Responsibilities: Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to up-level the engineering organization. Actively improve the level of craftsmanship at LinkedIn by developing best practices and defining best strategies. Scale distributed applications, make architectural trade-offs applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, write code, and deliver with speediness and quality. Produce high-quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed and checked in regularly for continuous integration. You will be a role model and professional coach for engineers with a strong bias for action and focus on craftsmanship.
