MEET THE TEAM The FP&A team owns the financial truth of the business: the monthly update to the CFO and leadership, the long-range plan, and the ad hoc analyses that drive real decisions. We care about accuracy, problem-solving from first principles, clarity, and trust in numbers. The Product org is one of the most analytically complex domains in the business, sitting at the intersection of revenue, experimentation, unit economics, and strategic investment. This role leads that domain and owns the financial narrative upward to the CPO, COO, and CFO. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a senior ownership role. You'll be the primary Finance partner to Product: embedded in their planning rhythms, trusted by their senior leadership, and accountable for turning product decisions into financial conviction. Day to day, you'll own the financial model for core product areas, translate experimentation results into company level revenue impact, and be the thought partner product leaders lean on for prioritization and resourcing calls.
