Command Central Control Room Solutions is a mission critical secure control room solution providing integrated voice, data and multimedia communications hub to harness the power of a software as a service, simplifying control room IT management and reducing risk with ongoing enhanced communication functionality to meet the needs of the UK’s emergency services. Job Description Please note this role will be fully remote with occasional travel to customer site or office. Key responsibilities of the Senior System Engineer: Produces outline system designs and specifications, and overall architectures, typologies, configuration data-bases and design documentation of networks and networking technology within the CCCRS hosted services. Specifies user/system interfaces, including validation and error correction procedures, processing rules, access, security and audit controls. Assesses associated risks, and specifies recovery routines and contingency procedures. Translates logical designs into physical designs. Undertakes routine installations and de-installations of items of hardware and/or soft-ware. Takes action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, including, where appropriate, handover to the client. Conducts tests of hardware and/or soft-ware using supplied test procedures and diagnostic tools. Corrects malfunctions, calling on ot
