At Klaviyo, the IT Systems team builds and maintains the enterprise technology foundation that enables Klaviyos to do their best work. We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineering Manager, Corporate IT to lead and scale a high-impact engineering team responsible for the SaaS systems, identity and access management, endpoint management, and infrastructure that power Klaviyo’s global operations. In this role, you will manage a team of engineers—and as the team grows, managers of engineers—setting the organizational and technical direction for the group. You will be responsible for building team structure, developing engineering leaders, and driving engineering excellence across the IT Systems organization, all while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver outcomes aligned with Klaviyo’s business priorities. You will report into the Director of Global IT. How you’ll make a difference: Build and scale the IT Systems organization: Own organizational design for the IT Systems team. As the team grows, establish the right team topology, define spans of control, and create clear ownership areas. Recruit, develop, and retain engineers and engineering leaders across SaaS systems administration, identity and access management, endpoint management, and infrastructure.
