Department Overview Motorola Solutions is a world leader in the field of public safety land mobile radio communications systems with an impressive heritage of technological innovations and a global base of installed systems. The group’s main business is the implementation of mission critical digital land mobile radio communication systems for Government and Public Safety Communication customers. The Post-Sale Systems Engineering team is the technical lifeblood of the Systems Integration organization. Our engineers design and implement the innovative communications solutions that make a difference in “Solving for Safer”. As the solution architect and technical consulting lead, the Systems Engineering team has the end-to-end design, technology consultancy, and implementation responsibility for all post-sale project engagements. The Systems Engineering team delivers customer drive, world-class, leading edge, end-to-end solutions that rise to the challenges of our First Responder and Government customers. The Engineering team concentrates on the following mission-critical communications technologies at all levels of complexity (ie: from small municipal systems to large metropolitan and state-wide solutions).
