We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner whose focus will be in taking ownership of our hiring needs while also leading broader HR initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys attracting talent, influencing hiring managers, and leading people processes — someone who can be a partner and balance strong execution with thoughtful judgment. About The Role As a Senior Talent Partner , you will be part of the People team and will work closely with hiring managers, team leads, and senior stakeholders across the company. This is a senior individual contributor role with strong ownership. You will own end-to-end recruitment process, attract talent, guide hiring teams, improve candidate experience, and help us make thoughtful hiring decisions. This is the primary focus of the role. Alongside talent acquisition, you'll contribute to and/or own People projects and broader HR activities — such as Employer Branding, Onboarding, and Performance Management cycles, Learning and Development etc. — depending on business priorities.
