You’ll own timelines, dependencies, and delivery across banking partners, card and payment vendors, and compliance workstreams (SOC2, BSA/AML, PCI), translating between compliance, product, engineering, and external partners. The bar is external programs that ship faster and more predictably, with leadership no longer pulled into day-to-day coordination. This role is based in our NoHo, NYC office or Toronto office. What you’ll do - Drive execution across partners like Unit, bank partners, card and payment vendors - Own the critical path for partner and compliance work, freeing leadership to focus on broader priorities - Own timelines, dependencies, and delivery for cross-functional programs - Translate between compliance, product, engineering, and partners - Drive pay-by-card, treasury, onboarding, and any future part
