We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help ship more and better payment product offerings. This is a high-impact role that demands both technical expertise and exceptional leadership to drive our ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of launching payment products that cross multiple teams and disciplines Manage cross-collective programs: Define program roadmaps and milestones, set priorities, manage trade-offs, identify and manage critical path and risks, ensure alignment with the business goals and ambition Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical across the business to ensure alignment and speed of delivery Manage dependencies, timeline and sequencing of delivery Drive effective decision making to remove blockers and speed up delivery Ensure operational effectiveness across your collective/area You should apply if: You have 5+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or products from inceptio
