Senior Technical Programme Manager

We are seeking a Senior Tech Program Manager to join our team and play a key role in one of our projects within the betting industry. This is a pivotal position where your mission will be to ensure the successful execution of the project, managing scope, budget, schedule, and risks, while keeping our teams supported, focused, and delivering with quality. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-risk programs spanning multiple teams and disciplines. You'll lead program-level planning, sequencing, and dependency management — keeping delivery on track against agreed outcomes, timelines, and budgets, while Product and Engineering retain ownership of product outcomes and technical quality. You're pragmatic and hands-on: someone who removes pressure from teams, unblocks issues, and keeps delivery moving. You act as a point of escalation, giving senior stakeholders clear visibility and confidence, and role-model strong delivery practice across the organization. On other hand, at Mindera we encourage the use of AI to assist with coding and related tasks. We find a persons skill in engineering and software craft, has a big impact long term successful delivery, with or without AI.
