Senior Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, long-term technical implementation projects for a U.S.-based organization. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Duties / Tasks to Perform Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical projects. Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Continuously update project trackers based on meetings, emails, Slack conversations, and other project communications. Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while managing changes effectively. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and reporting methods. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and status updates. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively. Facilitate technical discussions and ensure action items are properly documented and followed through. Keep team members and clients accountable for deadlines and project milestones. Requirements Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion. Strong background in project management, business operations, budgeting, and analysis. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Outstanding client-facing and stakeholder management abilities. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast
