Senior Technical Recruiter - Affiliates

Position Summary: Samsung Research America is at the forefront of research and development in North America. This role will support one of our SRA Affiliates. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you are responsible for full-cycle recruitment of candidates across a broad spectrum of roles at different levels. These could include from the leadership level to higher volume mid-level, to early-career level roles. Accountabilities include sourcing and screening candidates, acting as an advisor and partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, providing detailed assessments for candidates, and recommending offer amounts using offer tools and processes. You will manage the presentation, selection, offer negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in making a hire. You will also be accountable for managing interactions with candidates in accordance with employment law and in a manner that fosters transparency, simplicity, and respect. Responsibilities: Develop an impactful sourcing strategy, that incorporates multi-channel searches and techniques. Collaborate with recruiting team members in proactive sourcing strategies that are successful Telephone interview and evaluate candidates utilizing consistent templates and processes, using behavior-based interview and assessment techniques Present pre-screened candidates to management utilizing a consistent process Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations Research and build knowledge of the competitive landscape in order to anticipate and overcome potential obstacles Collaborate with HM, HRBP, and other key partners to build competitive offers, utilizing tools, benefits, and compensation. Utilize functional knowledge and knowledge of applicant motivations to better position the organization when negotiating competitive offers with applicants Establish positive relationships with candidates to foster the best candidate experience through the interview
